Hello!

About 4 years ago, my father and I adopted a golden retriever mix named Bailey from you.  I was in love with him from the beginning, but it took a little while for the rest of the family to warm up to him.  Bailey was difficult to handle - he was very hyper, easily excitable, and terrified of everything.  He always wanted to be near people and usually preferred jumping in their laps.  Through the years, Bailey has settled down quite a bit, becoming very sweet and not jumping up as much.  He absolutely loves people, and even though everything under the sun still causes him to run away in fear, he trusts our family and gets very excited whenever someone comes to visit.  Now that I am in college, he doesn't get to see me as much, but whenever I come home to visit he goes absolutely crazy!  His favorite toys are tennis balls, and he loves to swim in our big farm pond.  One of his favorite pastimes is playing with our two cats (they actually like him!) or getting our roosters to chase after him.  I would just like to say...thank you, thank you, thank you, for such a beautiful and wonderful dog!!  He has really become a part of the family, and I really think that he has helped make it easier for my parents to deal with their last daughter going off to college...he is like having another kid in the house!  I have also included some pictures of Bailey, I hope you like them!

 Sincerely,

 Libby Meston
