Hours for the Public: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Directions: From Main Street, Canandaigua (Rt 332) take Phelps Street by the Canandaigua Fire House Station. Phelps Street becomes County Road #46. Go approximately 3 miles. Animal Care Facility is on left and can be seen from County Road #46.

From Geneva, take Rt 5 and 20; turn right on Freshour Road; turn left on County Road #46 (there are signs for the Hopewell County Complex; turn right at County Road #48; make an immediate left to park at the Animal Care Facility.

From Thruway: Take Canandaigua Exit (Route 332), go South to Main Street, Canandaigua, make left on Phelps Street (which turns into County Road #46, go three miles. Animal Care Facility is on left and visible from County Road #46.

From Route 96, go east through Victor, go to Route 332, turn right, and follow directions above.
