My son and I adopted "shorty" who we now call "BERT" a couple of months ago in June. I just wanted to let you know that we hit the jackpot with Bert. Hes a wonderful dog...very laid back, loves people, sweet and loving. He has the run of our home.....and at first never jumped up on the furniture. HOWEVER, once he knew that this was his home to stay, he loves to sprawl out on the love seat on his back....legs sticking up in the air. He also loves to lay on TOP of my son and sleep as you can see from the pix. He sleeps with us at nite....ususally taking up the entire bed. In fact...Bert does ALOT of sleeping! He takes a PRE nap before his naps! haha Very lazy dog, BUT we walk him VERY slowly so he gets his excercise. I just wanted you to know that his is "king" in this house and we love him to death. Bert is a great dog and we're so happy that we saw him on your website.
