Orphan Annie Raims welcomes you to theOntario County Department of Records, Archives, and Information Management Services.

Annie is the Rodent Control Officer and unofficial Public Relations Specialist of the County.

Annie loves people, dislikes other cats and dogs, but is usually kind to mice. With few exceptions, she prefers to chase mice into "have-a-heart" traps and then to sit on the trap until her Department Head carries the trap outside to free the mice. Annie permanently lives at the Records and Archives Center and her salary is contributed by the RAIMS staff, and other devoted fans among County employees and Center visitors.
